AA Cargo – New Policy

As announced by American Airlines Cargo:
Important Fair Booking Policy of 100 kgs or more booked on or after May 1st.
- Canceling within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee. Fees for canceling less than 48 hours and up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure will start at $50
- Fees for canceling under 24 hours prior to scheduled departure or failure to show will start at $100
- Within 24 hours, any reduction to the number of containers or a reduction greater than 250kg in chargeable weight will incur a fee of $50
- At tender, any reduction in either the number of containers or a reduction greater than 250kg in chargeable weight will incur a fee of $100
